The proceeds from the issue will allow further development of the company and the opportunity to reach as many entrepreneurs in need as possible.

Problem and solution

Unique Selling Proposition

Companies are struggling with liquidity problems. 25% of entities conducting business in Poland have overdue public and legal liabilities, including Polish Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and Internal Revenue Service (Urząd Skarbowy - US), which prevents them from working with banks on an ongoing basis.
So far, there have been no financial products on the Polish market dedicated to this group of entrepreneurs.

Wealthon Fund has developed a specialized financial product - a loan for repayment of liabilities in ZUS and US.

History of the company

September 2015
A company from the Wealthon group was registered, whose basic scope of activity was financial consulting. Observed problems that small and medium enterprises have to face every day - lack of capital, payment delays or arrears in payments to ZUS and the Tax Office, prompted the company to create a specialized financial product. This is how a loan for ZUS and Tax Office repayment was created. The business model has been improved for almost two years. In the first year of the test phase, nearly 200 applications were analyzed, of which 31 were sent for payment. In the following year, 41 out of 250 analyzed applications were paid out. After the test phase, a new company was established.
2018 October

Market analysis

Wealthon Fund addresses its offer primarily to micro and small enterprises operating in Poland. Over the last 10 years, a systematic increase in the number of Polish enterprises has been observed. In 2016, there were 2.01 million non-financial enterprises in Poland, defined as active, while in 2009 there were 1.67 million of them.

In the years 2008-2016, microenterprises of physical persons showed the highest profitability in comparison with the entire enterprise population. However, microenterprises are characterized by the lowest survivability - the first year of activity is endured by less than 70% of them. Greater entities have greater chances, as 95% of them make it through, consequently 92% and 81% of medium and small enterprises survive the first year. Around 25% of enterprises declare that in the last year (2018) they were threatened with loss of financial liquidity.

The main reasons for fear of loss of financial liquidity were delays in payments from contractors and loss of customers [1]. This translates into delays in repayment of public law liabilities (mainly in ZUS and US). According to the Polish Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), the number of contribution payers as at 31/12/2017 is about 2.5 million entities.

The number of Polish Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) contribution payers divided into groups (as at 31/12/2017):
1,499,400 - self-employed
753,800 - from 1 to 9 employees
94,100 - from 10 to 20 employees
54,000 - from 21 to 49 employees
35,300 - from 50 to 249 employees
6,400 - over 250 employees

Amount of debt in ZUS in divided into groups:

The problem of arrears in the Polish Social Insurance Institution concerns 584.9 thousand entities. 153 thousand has a debt of up to 116 PLN. Another 113 thousand - from 116 to 1000 PLN. The most numerous group - 255 thousand entities have debt in the range from 1 to 50 thousand PLN, while 2.8 thousand - debt exceeding 500,000 PLN.

Competition analysis

The companies operating on the Polish market that provide loans to consumers are not competitors of the Wealthon Fund (which does not grant loans to natural persons - consumers, only to legal entities - entrepreneurs). Wealthon Fund operates in a niche market. Its direct competitors are natural persons (most often in some way connected with the debtor) granting him support for repayment of liabilities in the Polish Social Insurance Institution or the IRS.
